Kaitlyn S. West is a native of Cumberland County, Tennessee. She began her career in the customer service industry, where she developed a strong foundation centered on client care and service. In 2015, she transitioned into the real estate title and closing industry, bringing those same client-focused values with her.

Over the past decade, Kaitlyn has received extensive education and training from some of the industry's leading underwriting companies. She has also served as a Tennessee Notary Public since 2016.

In 2020, Kaitlyn became the first employee hired by Guffey Law, making her a founding figure of the firm and earning her the roles of Director of Real Estate & Office Manager. She has worked alongside Guffey Law’s founder Charlie Guffey since 2019, helping support the firm's growth and commitment to exceptional client service.

In addition to her role at Guffey Law, Kaitlyn is a wife, a mother of two wonderful children, and a proud bonus mom to two more.
