A native of Fentress County, Tennessee, Linsey Tompkins graduated as Salutatorian from Alvin C. York Institute in 2023. While still in high school, she earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Tennessee in 2023.

Linsey graduated summa cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in May of 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Upon graduating, she received the W.A. Howard Award demonstrating a perfect 4.0 GPA. She is currently enrolled at the Nashville School of Law, where she will pursue her Doctorate of Jurisprudence starting in the fall of 2026.

After joining Guffey Law as an intern in 2022, Linsey has held several roles that have allowed her to expand her knowledge and experience within the legal profession. Today, she serves as a Real Estate Processor, supporting clients and helping ensure transactions move forward smoothly and efficiently.
